I’m terrible at remembering to drink water. My parents are both heavy water drinks so you’d think it’d get the hang of it now. Even my brother drinks lots of water! I just forget. Unless I’m dying of thirst from working out or devouring buffalo chicken wings, I don’t think to pound it. Sometimes I’m at my desk at work and it’s 3 p.m. and I realize I’ve only one glass of water — and that was at lunch!
Does anyone have any tips or tricks for remembering to drink more water? I could use some help!
